The Sales Representative, an inside position, is responsible for
selling Online subscriptions of 3DXplorer applications to early
adopters, over the phone. His/her activities involve providing early
adopter prospects with high level online demonstrations of the
products, extending proposals and following up on those to closing.
Presentations are performed inside 3DXPlorer 3D virtual rooms, and
represent convincing demonstrations and proof of usability thanks to
the easily accessible 3D rooms.
A proven background in selling over the phone, with recurring
revenue models, subscription or transaction software products/services
is required.
Responsibilities include:
• Prospection through cold calling targeted suspects and e-mailing campaigns, tradeshows, etc…
• Conducting business and technical demonstrations, presentations and webinars.
• Qualification of the incoming calls and leads
• Very high level of activity: achieve weekly activity goals (certain number of web demos)
• Close business: achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas
• Maintain daily work in CRM (SalesForce.com), tracking interactions with prospects and customers.
• Daily & weekly reporting to Sales Management
• Actively participate in process improvements.
• Feedback to Marketing and Development groups
Qualifications
- 1 or 2 years of successful B2B software or web technology "inside sales" or "Business Development" experience,
- 4 years university degree
- Extremely dynamic, with high level of sales activity and very positive attitude
- Proven ability to sell and new accounts over the phone (Hunters needed, not farmers)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota and forecasting results
- Excellent organizational skills, with great attention to detail and impeccable follow-through
- Strong listening, interpersonal, and written/oral communication skills
- Strong Internet skills, including SalesForce, Blogs, Mastering modern
technology tools and attached concepts and economics including web3D,
virtual worlds, web 2.0, virtual meeting, blogs, adwords, as well as
online gaming, twittering and social networking.
