Online Meeting with 3DXplorer® - Overview

Online Meeting features:

Online Meeting is a premium function of 3DXplorer enabling avatars to share the content of a document, or a presentation with other avatars in the 3D space. Specific Online Meeting Features include: Full desktop sharing: Share your desktop up, any resolution Application sharing: Display your application on to any screen inside the 3D scene, visible by all Easy scheduling: meeting set up tool with time zones, moderator, password,... Easy invitation: just copy/paste invitation content with timing, links and instructions into your e-mail invitation Manage your meetings: View, modify or delete your planned meetings at any time Meeting history: keeps records of who attended, which meetings  Multi-presenters meetings: no obligation to stop sharing and changing presenter  Seated pose: Avatars can sit down and watch a presentation Laser pointer: any avatar can point on any presentation or any object in the scene, using a laser beam pointer Enlarge the presentation:  watch the presentation in a pop-up window out of the 3D space

How does it work ?

You can actually setup your online meeting in a few minutes:

• Open a new account here. 
• Create a new project, using one of the conference rooms or meeting rooms templates offered.
• Open your project's settings page and click on the "Planning" link. Schedule a new meeting ("Plan New Meeting"). Fill in the fields and press "Create".
• Retrieve your new meeting in the list, open it, and copy the content of the "Meeting Invitation" box.
• Paste it into an e-mail to invite attendees. Get into your space either with a guest avatar or design a custom avatar here.
• Try the features by clicking on one of the meeting enabled screens:

When trying the features, your screen will be watermarked, but the features work fully. When you subscribe for the service, watermarks are removed. Mouse over one of the screens and notice simply that a left click enables you getting control of any of them. For easy fast use, select "Full Screen Sharing". For a more optimized process, select "Part of Screen Sharing". In this case, a red frame appears. This red window works like a “teleporting tunnel”; everything on top of it is going to be displayed on to the screen. Of course you can move it or resize it. Note that you can pause the “desktop sharing” feature at any time. You can share any content this way, power point presentation, MS-Paint white board, Excel file, or even demo 3DXPlorer or any other software to the audience. To activate your Laser Pointer, press “L”

How much does it cost , and how can I buy ?

To subscribe , log into your world creation account select the project for which you want to activate this premium function, and click on the Online Meeting checkbox. Note that for monthly payments, the firsts payment is from the day of purchase to the following first of month with a minimum of 30 days subscription. The following billings will take place every first of month.
