1978, known as “Informatique et Libertés”, modified in August 2004,
provider’s operations in regards to personal data and the above
mentioned law, have been declared to the CNIL (French Commission for
Information and Civil Liberties), under declaration number: 1258989
during October 2007. Users have the right to access, modify, and delete
their personal data at any time. To exercise this right, user may write
to support (at) 3DXplorer (dot) com.
1. Data Collection
User should be aware that portions of this Website contain functions
for collecting the User's personal information including User's name
and email address as well as User's accessing history of this Website.
3DXplorer may also collect and track information about User
including but not limited to User's IP address, the type and
capabilities of browser User employs, and referrer identification.
2. Entry by User
Certain areas of this Website will require entry by the User of certain
personal information as indicated above. Provider requires that the
actual User input such information and that such information be the
most recent available. In addition, User may request that Provider
modify or delete User's registered information by sending an email to
Provider Support with the words "MODIFY USER INFORMATION" in the
subject line.
3. Use of User Information
Provider reserves the right to compile, save, use within the scope of
Provider's activities, and analyze any and all User data (registration
data, use history, etc.). Provider intends to use such User data for
internal purposes, including without limitation for the purposes of
responding to User's requests for information and for contacting User.
In the framework of its sales and marketing operations, provider may
provide aggregated statistics about users (including User) to third
parties, but such information will be aggregated so that it does not
identify a particular individual or company, including User.
3. Use of Avatar-user Information
Provider reserves
the right to compile, save, use within the scope of Provider's
activities, and analyze any and all Avatar-user data (registration
data, use
history, etc.). Provider intends to use such Avatar-user data for
internal
purposes, including without limitation for the purposes of responding
to Avatar-user's requests for information and for contacting
Avatar_user. Account owners of 3DXplorer services, who open their space
to Avatar-users, can access to information regarding individual
Avatar-user information for those Avatar-users who have entered into
their space, including all avatar information (except for the
password), time of entrance to their space and time of exit.
4. Choice/Opt Out
Provider may periodically send User information regarding Provider, its
products and services. If User has been receiving such information and
does not wish to continue receiving such information, please contact
Provider Support to let us know that User no longer wishes to receive
such information.
5. Disclosure of User Information
Provider will, to the extent possible, control User information, and,
except as otherwise set forth herein, not disclose such User
information to third parties. However, in the event disclosure of any
User information by Provider is required by law, Provider may disclose
such User information without the consent of User.
6. Cookies
A "cookie" is a piece of data stored on User's hard drive containing
information about the user. Provider may use cookies in order to
collect certain information about User, such as IP addresses (e.g.,
whether User is logged on from a .com, .gov, or .edu domain), domain
names (the Internet address of a computer), type of computer and
operating system being used. Provider may collect such information in
order to better operate the Website so as to enhance User's use of the

8. Modifications
This Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use of the Website constitute the
complete agreement between the parties with respect to their subject
matter and supersede any prior agreement or communication. Provider
